Mentors are senior professionals who guide and advise Mentees in their career paths to help them succeed. A mentor's role is to inspire, encourage, and support their Mentees.

Mentees are professional women in mid-career (or trying to return to the workforce after a break) who are facing career transition challenges and want to further their prospects, build their networks and get concrete professional guidance as they make their next professional move. Mentees can expect to strengthen and build their networks and gain the skills and confidence necessary to excel. 

As part of the application, mentees pay a fee of £500. This contributes towards the cost of the Chronus technology platform, which supports the delivery of the programme. The fee covers 12 sessions over six months (six with each mentor), representing a cost of less than £50 per session. This fee will remain unchanged until 31 December 2026.
